Our service includes identify suitable Properties which matching to Tenants requirement, arranging inspection of the property, negotiating the Rent, Lease terms with the Owners and Tenants, assisting in preparation of Lease Deeds till the signing of agreement.
Our Services in Fixing a Tenant
Our service includes identify suitable Tenant who fulfill the terms of the Property Owner, arranging inspection to the clients, negotiating the Rent, Lease terms with the Owners and Tenants, assisting in preparation of Lease Deeds till the signing of agreement.
Our Services in Sale / Purchase of Property
Identify suitable Buyer / Seller of the Property, Participate in Negotiations of the Sale Amount, Assisting till the Property Transferred.
Our Brokerage Charges
15 days Rent of the Property from the LESSOR and LESSEE
2% on the sale consideration from buyer and seller for city properties and
3% on the sale consideration from both parties for Outside City Limits
Service Tax 10.30% is applicable for all property transactions.
